Typically, we recover costs through the booking channel or the guest’s deposit, ensuring minimal impact on you.

What happens if you need to replace items in the property?

We want to make it as simple as possible to maintain your property. We’ll pre-authorize a small fund with you($100-$200, based on property size) so that we can manage minor expenses without bothering you.
