In particular, Southwest Detroit has several Hispanic supermarkets, or “supermercados”, that stock meat, specialty produce, and tortillas

While you are staying in the house, you have full access to everything, except for the 1st floor which is an entirely different unit! Use your street smarts and remember to always lock up all doors and windows before leaving the property.

Parties are fully prohibited. QUIET TIME FROM 10 PM TO 6 AM.
NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS – Unauthorized party/gathering fee: $500
Noise complaint fee (After first warning): $100 per complaint
Indoor smoking fee: $500
Lost/missing key fee: $65
$100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance.
Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can 🙂
$250 penalty for having pets in the unit
Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account
On checkout please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you
Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your security deposit and/or your booking account.

▶️The total number of guests in your reservation applies to anyone accessing the space during your stay, not just guests staying overnight. If you have more guests over than your booking was made for, you will either be charged for the additional number of guests during your stay or your booking will be canceled immediately without a refund.
