What are the house rules?

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please take note of the following rules:

– Check-in is any time after 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Late check-out without authorization may incur additional charges.
– Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet time is observed from 10 PM to 6 AM.
– Unauthorized parties or gatherings will result in a $500 fee, and noise complaints may incur a $100 fee per complaint.
– Smoking indoors is prohibited, with a $500 fee for violations.
– Please keep the property clean and dispose of trash properly. Leaving trash outside the entrance may result in a $100 penalty.
– Any damage to the property will result in charges deducted from your security deposit or booking account.
– Before checkout, please ensure all lights, A/C, water, and gas/stove are turned off, and the door is locked.
