What are the house rules?

Check-in is any time after 4 PM. Check-out is at 10 AM. Please note that a late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty, which could be deducted from your security deposit.

Important House Rules:

– No parties or gatherings. QUIET TIME is from 10 PM to 6 AM.
– $300 penalty for smoking on the property. Violators will be dismissed from the rental without a refund.
– $250 penalty if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout. Violators will be dismissed from the property without a refund.
– $100 penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance. Once your trash cans are full, please use the large trash cans located at the building entrance.
– Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Use the trash can 🙂
– $250 penalty for having pets in the unit.
– Damage to the interior or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account.

Upon checkout, please turn off the lights, A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your security deposit and/or your booking account.
