North Hollywood Beach is known for its beautiful beach and it is a popular spot for swimming, sunbathing, and water activities, since it is closed to the Marina.

The Hollywood Beach Broadwalk is a 2.5-mile boardwalk that runs along the beach, and is lined with shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues.

It is a residential neighborhood which has several parks, including the Anne Kolb Nature Center and the West Lake Park. It is a peaceful place and just a 1 minute walk from the warm inviting waters of the Atlantic.

Port Everglades and Bahia Mar Marina are places worth visiting if you have an activity on your agenda, while those in the mood to shop can visit Las Olas Boulevard and Aventura Mall.

The unit is located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale in Broward County, Hollywood Beach is one of the best stretches of sand in Florida. Parking is a shared lot right in front of the building, it does have a number designated for each unit. It is limited to 1 car/reservation, and for each additional car, there is a $100 fine.
What do I need to know about check-in, check-out and parking?
HOST WORKING HOURS AND CHECK-IN TIME: 4PM-11AM

RESERVATION POLICIES:

1 – Door codes are always shared at 4PM. Check-in time frame is from 4PM-11AM, anytime after that would be considered a violation of our rules, this timeframe allows us to help if needed during our working hours(4PM-12AM).
2 – Early check in, Late check out, and Early bag drop are subject to availability
3 – Door codes will not be shared if the incidentals deposit of $100 and registration are still pending.
4 – Deposit is released 3-7days after the original check-out date,
5 – All complaints must be notified after 30 mins of check-in.
6 – All departures must be reported immediately in a very clear way to us after for calendar availability to others and issue resolution for you, it is recommended to send an alteration request if needed, this helps you to get the unspent nights back while we get the calendar available again, we can then check the spent nights.
7 – All reservation changes must be done before the checkout time(10AM) of the listing, changes can not be done after 10AM as per the app configuration, we can not override this.
8 – If you need to have an early departure, please submit an alteration request so it can easily be approved.
9 – No courtesy refunds are provided.

11 – REGISTRATION POLICY
Registration is a mandatory step after booking, requiring the submission of IDs for all guests under the reservation. and even will ask you to scan your credit card. – It’s crucial to complete both (Deposit and registration) accurately; failure to do so will result in your reservation termination with no refund.
12 – CITY PENALTIES: The guest will bear full responsibility for any city-imposed penalties directly related to their stay, if applicable, plus any damages and a 20% extra of the total as compensation to the host, these additional 20% will be allocated toward a neighborhood compensation plan.

What are the house rules?
Check-in is any time after 4 PM.
Check-out is at 10 AM. Please note that a late Check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty, that could be deducted from your security deposit.
Parties are fully prohibited. QUIET TIME FROM 10 PM TO 6 AM.
$300 penalty for smoking in the property. You will also be dismissed from your rental without refund.
$250 penalty if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout. You will also be dismissed from the property without refund.
