While you are staying in the house, you have full access to everything! Use your street smarts and remember to always lock up all doors and windows before leaving the property. If you choose to borrow a bike, please remember that you are assuming responsibility for the bike while you have it, and please remember to always bring a lock and lock it up. Locks & codes are provided on each bike in the basement.

How can I get here?
North End is the perfect location to explore Detroit’s best neighborhoods, including Downtown, Midtown, Eastern Market, West Village, Cork Town, Hamtramck, and more. Most of these areas are just a 10-minute drive away or less, and you can also use the bikes available for rent in the area or take advantage of the convenient new Q-line, which takes you straight downtown and to Midtown. However, keep in mind that Detroit is known as the Motor City, so having a car is recommended.

Getting around is easy with the MoGo bike-sharing station just a few blocks away. You can also use ride-sharing services like Lyft and Uber. The Q-line is another convenient option, located just a few blocks away on Woodward Ave, and it’s a great way to explore the downtown and midtown areas.
What are the house rules?
▶️Check-in is any time after 4 PM.
▶️Check-out is at 10 AM. Please note that a late Check-out without authorization will
▶️Parties are fully prohibited. QUIET TIME FROM 10 PM TO 6 AM.
▶️NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS – Unauthorized party/gathering fee: $500
▶️Noise complaint fee (After first warning): $100 per complaint
▶️Indoor smoking fee: $500
▶️Lost/missing key fee: $65
▶️$100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance.
▶️Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can 🙂
▶️$250 penalty for having pets in the unit
▶️Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account
▶️On checkout please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you
➡️Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your security deposit and/or your booking account.


▶️The total number of guests in your reservation applies to anyone accessing the space during your stay, not just guests staying overnight. If you have more guests over than your booking was made for, you will either be charged for the additional number of guests during your stay or your booking will be canceled immediately without a refund.

In order to ensure a smooth and hassle-free check-in process, we kindly request that our guests complete a pre-check-in form and pay a refundable $250 security deposit fee through a third-party application called Duve. The security deposit fee is refundable and will be returned to you within seven days of check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
