While you are staying in the house, you have full access to everything, except for the 1st floor which is an entirely different unit! Use your street smarts and remember to always lock up all doors and windows before leaving the property.

How can I get here?

From Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW):

Take I-94 E toward Detroit (approx. 20 miles).
Exit at Junction St. (Exit 47B) and turn right onto Junction St.
Turn left onto Bagley St. The apartment is located on the left side of the street.
From Downtown Detroit:

Take Michigan Ave (US-12) west for about 2 miles.
Turn left onto Junction St., then right onto Bagley St.
Look for 3838 Bagley St. on your left.
From Windsor, Canada (via Ambassador Bridge):

After crossing the bridge, follow signs for I-75 S.
Exit at Clark St. (Exit 47C), and turn left onto Clark St.
Turn right onto Bagley St. The apartment is on your right.
Parking:
Street parking is available near the apartment. Please check signs for restrictions or alternate-side parking schedules.

Landmark Tips:

The building is close to Clark Park and surrounded by local eateries in Mexicantown.
Look for a light-colored building with a distinctive front door.

What are the house rules?

Check-in is any time after 4 PM.
Check-out is at 10 AM. Please note that a late Check-out without authorization will
Parties are fully prohibited. QUIET TIME FROM 10 PM TO 6 AM.
NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS – Unauthorized party/gathering fee: $500
Noise complaint fee (After first warning): $100 per complaint
Indoor smoking fee: $500
Lost/missing key fee: $65
$100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance.
Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can 🙂
$250 penalty for having pets in the unit
Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account
On checkout please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you
Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your security deposit and/or your booking account.

The total number of guests in your reservation applies to anyone accessing the space during your stay, not just guests staying overnight. If you have more guests over than your booking was made for, you will either be charged for the additional number of guests during your stay or your booking will be canceled immediately without a refund.

Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification via a third party app called SUPERHOG.
You will also be given the choice between paying a REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT or buying a NON-REFUNDABLE DAMAGE WAIVER. We suggest you buy the deposit as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. The deposit takes up to 7 days to be refunded.
