From Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) – Approx. 15 min (6 miles)
Exit the airport and follow signs for US-1 N (Federal Hwy) toward Fort Lauderdale.
Stay on US-1 N for about 4.5 miles.
Turn left onto NE 6th St.
Turn right onto NE 5th Ave.
Turn left onto NE 7th St—the building will be on your right.
? From Miami International Airport (MIA) – Approx. 35 min (30 miles)
Exit the airport and follow signs for FL-112 E toward I-95 N.
Merge onto I-95 N and drive for about 26 miles.
Take Exit 27 for FL-842/Broward Blvd toward Downtown Fort Lauderdale.
Turn right onto W Broward Blvd, then left onto NE 3rd Ave.
Turn right onto NE 6th St, then left onto NE 5th Ave.
Turn left onto NE 7th St—the building will be on your right.

Check-out is at 10 AM. Please note that a late Check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty, that could be deducted from your security deposit.

Parties are fully prohibited. QUIET TIME FROM 10 PM TO 6 AM.

$300 penalty for smoking on the property. You will also be dismissed from your rental without a refund.

$250 penalty if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout. You will also be dismissed from the property without a refund.

$100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance.

Pets are allowed for $150/pet.

Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can 🙂

Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account

On checkout please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you

Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your security deposit and/or your booking account.
