Check-in: Any time after 4 PM.

Check-out: 10 AM. Please note that a late check-out without authorization will incur a night-rate cost penalty, which may be deducted from your security deposit.

Parties: Fully prohibited.

Quiet Time: From 10 PM to 6 AM.

Smoking:

$300 penalty for smoking on the property. You will also be dismissed from your rental without a refund.
$250 penalty for taking down smoke detectors.
$25 penalty for leaving cigarette butts in the yard.
Noise and Behavior:

$250 penalty if noise levels or other obscene behavior require a police callout. You will also be dismissed from the property without a refund.
Trash Disposal:

$100 penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property.
$75 penalty for not bringing trash cans up to the road if full.

Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. The base rate includes 8 guests; a fee applies for each additional guest.

3-night minimum stay required.

$135 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.

The home is not single-level; it has two floors.

The property is on a septic system. Do not dispose of grease or non-biodegradable items in the sinks or toilets. Violations will result in a penalty.

Toilet Use:

Please do not throw trash, paper towels, or toilet paper in the toilet to avoid clogging.

No grease is to be disposed of through any sinks or toilets.
