How can I get here?
Ample parking for up to 6 cars makes getting here easy. While a car is recommended to explore the area, nearby attractions like Roses Casino, Clayton Lake State Park, and the Virginia Welcome Center are within a short drive. Skippers is conveniently located off I-95, making it ideal for road trippers.
What are the house rules?
Check-in is any time after 4 PM.
Check-out is at 10 AM. Please note that a late Check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty.
Parties are fully prohibited. QUIET TIME FROM 10 PM TO 6 AM.
$300 penalty for smoking on the property. You will also be dismissed from your rental without a refund.
$250 penalty if noise level, parties, or other obscene behavior requires a police callout. You will also be dismissed from the property without a refund.
$100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance.

Please do not throw trash or paper towels or toilet paper in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can 🙂
Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account
On checkout please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you
