Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis with one spot per room. A second vehicle may be accommodated upon request, subject to confirmation. Whether you’re driving or using rideshare, getting around from this central location is easy and hassle-free.

Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty equal to one night’s stay, deducted from the security deposit.

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

No smoking on the property
Violation will result in a $300 fine and immediate removal without a refund.

Noise or disturbances requiring police intervention
$250 fine and immediate termination of your stay without refund.

Do not leave garbage outside the unit. If indoor bins are full, use the large outdoor trash cans near the building entrance.
$100 penalty applies if trash is left outside.

Toilets:
Only flush toilet paper—no paper towels or trash.
Improper disposal may cause clogs and result in a service fee.

Property damage:
Any damage to the interior or shared spaces will result in a pro-rated charge, automatically deducted from your account.
