Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 25–30 minutes away by car or taxi ($40–55), and a direct Lynx bus (#407) also serves the route (~34 minutes, $2)

Public Transit

The closest bus stop to the resort is at W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy & Silk Rd, just a 6-minute walk from the entrance. It’s served by LYNX Route 55, with buses every ~30 minutes

Route 55 also offers service to Downtown Kissimmee, the LYNX/Kissimmee Intermodal Station, where you can connect to SunRail commuter trains, other bus routes to theme parks, and Amtrak

SunRail Commuter Rail

The Kissimmee SunRail station (at the intermodal hub downtown) connects to Orlando and surrounding cities. Tickets start around $2 per zone, with transfers handled via validators at stations

From SunRail, guests can catch Lyft, rideshares, or LYNX bus Route 311 or 42 directly to Orlando International Airport (MCO)—these offer free transfers with a valid train ticket and run every ~30 minutes

What are the house rules?

Check-in is any time after 4 PM till 10 PM.
Check-out is at 10 AM. Please note that a late Check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty.
Parties are fully prohibited. QUIET TIME FROM 10 PM TO 6 AM.
$300 penalty for smoking on the property. You will also be dismissed from your rental without a refund.
$250 penalty if noise level, parties, or other obscene behavior requires a police callout. You will also be dismissed from the property without a refund.
$100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance.
