Nestled in a peaceful, wooded area, our cabin is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood with very little traffic—perfect for morning walks or evening strolls. Surrounded by nature and overlooking the lake, it offers a true escape from the noise of the city.

You’ll find several marinas, boat ramps, and scenic trails nearby for hiking, fishing, or exploring. Just a short drive into town brings you to local grocery stores, Walmart, and restaurants for all your essentials. Whether you’re here to unwind or adventure, this neighborhood strikes the perfect balance between serenity and convenience.

Welcome to our peaceful lakefront cabin retreat in Jacksboro, Tennessee—the perfect getaway for family vacations, group trips, or a relaxing escape surrounded by nature. This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and offers everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay.

The main floor features two bedrooms—one with two full-size beds and another with two queen-size beds—along with a full bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find a serene master bedroom with a king-size bed and another full bathroom. With bathrooms on each floor, everyone can enjoy added comfort and convenience.

The heart of the home is the inviting living room with a cozy stone fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a Keurig coffee maker, and the dining area make it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together.

Downstairs, the finished basement doubles as a full game room, featuring air hockey, ping pong, shuffleboard, and video games—fun for guests of all ages.

Step outside onto the large, brand-new deck with comfortable seating, where you can relax and enjoy beautiful lake views. Guests also have direct lake access, with kayaks, paddleboards, and a floating island available for use. There’s also a dock where you can store your own boat, making it perfect for water lovers.

Pet Policy:

Are there any additional facilities onsite?
Guests have access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, the game room, deck, and outdoor amenities like the kayaks and paddleboards. However, the garage is not accessible to guests, as it is used for maintenance and storage. Please do not attempt to enter this space during your stay.
What do I need to know about check-in, check-out and parking?
How can I get here?
The property is best reached by car, and there’s plenty of free parking available for up to 6 vehicles (please note: the garage is not for guest use). Guests can also park safely along the roadside.

While the area is peaceful and somewhat remote, you’re just a short drive from grocery stores, marinas, and local restaurants in town. There is no public transportation nearby, so having your own vehicle is highly recommended to fully enjoy the lake, trails, and surrounding attractions.
What are the house rules?
Check-in is any time after 4 PM.
Check-out is at 10 AM. Please note that a late Check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty, that could be deducted from your security deposit.
Parties are fully prohibited. QUIET TIME FROM 10 PM TO 6 AM.
Pets are allowed but only small dogs, maximum 2 dogs. They can not be unattended. $50 per pet.
$300 penalty for smoking on the property. You will also be dismissed from your rental without a refund.
$250 penalty if noise level, parties, or other obscene behavior requires a police callout. You will also be dismissed from the property without a refund.
$100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance.
$200 fine for leaving the Kayaks on the pool. Kindly return them to the designated place.
Please do not throw trash or paper towels or toilet paper in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can 🙂
Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account
On checkout please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you

Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your security deposit and/or your booking account.
