Public Transit: Bus stops are nearby, and the QLine streetcar on Woodward Avenue connects you to Detroit’s top attractions, museums, and stadiums.

Airport: Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW) is about a 25–30 minute drive. Uber, Lyft, and taxi services are widely available.

What are the house rules?

Check-in: After 4 PM

Check-out: 10 AM sharp (late check-outs without approval will incur a nightly rate penalty).

No parties or events. Quiet hours are from 10 PM–6 AM.

Smoking is prohibited ($300 penalty and immediate dismissal without refund).

Excessive noise, parties, or police callouts result in a $250 penalty and termination without refund.

Trash must never be left outside the property ($100 penalty). Use bins provided and do not flush paper towels or trash down toilets.

Damages to the property or common areas will be charged back to your booking account.

Upon checkout, please turn off lights, A/C, water, and stove, and lock the door behind you.

Penalties may be deducted from your $300 security deposit and/or booking account.
