Public Transit: Several bus stops are within walking distance, and the QLine streetcar on Woodward Avenue connects directly to Midtown and Downtown attractions.

Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are widely available and often the easiest way to get around the city without worrying about parking.

Airport Access: Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW) is a 25–30 minute drive. Airport shuttles, rideshare, and taxis are convenient options for transfers.
What are the house rules?
Check-in: After 4 PM

Check-out: 10 AM sharp (late check-outs without approval will incur a nightly rate penalty).

No parties or events. Quiet hours are from 10 PM–6 AM.

Smoking is prohibited ($300 penalty and immediate dismissal without refund).

Excessive noise, parties, or police callouts result in a $250 penalty and termination without refund.

Trash must never be left outside the property ($100 penalty). Use bins provided and do not flush paper towels or trash down toilets.

Damages to the property or common areas will be charged back to your booking account.

Upon checkout, please turn off lights, A/C, water, and stove, and lock the door behind you.

Penalties may be deducted from your $300 security deposit and/or booking account.

At that stage, you’ll also choose between a $300 refundable security deposit (recommended, as it protects you against accidental damage and is returned within 3–7 days of checkout) or a non-refundable damage waiver.
