Check-In: Anytime after 4 PM (after completing the security deposit procedure).

Check-Out: 10 AM. Late check-out without prior authorization will incur a penalty equal to one night’s rate, deducted from your security deposit.

House Rules

Parties: Strictly prohibited.

Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 6 AM.

Smoking: $300 penalty for smoking on the property. Violations will result in immediate dismissal without refund.

Noise & Behavior: $250 penalty if noise or disruptive behavior requires police involvement. Violators will be dismissed without refund.

Trash: $100 penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance. Once indoor bins are full, please use the large bins at the building entrance.

Toilets: Do not flush trash or paper towels—please use provided trash cans.

Damages & Penalties

Damage to the property or common areas will result in pro-rated charges automatically deducted from your security deposit or booking account.

Penalties (if applicable) will be withdrawn from your deposit and/or booking account automatically.
