Driving: Quick access to I-376 (Parkway East) for downtown, Oakland (universities/hospitals), Shadyside, and Monroeville.

Parking: 1 spot in the driveway + compact garage space. Free neighborhood street parking where posted.

Public transit: Local buses run along nearby main roads (Ardmore Blvd/Braddock corridor) to downtown and East End hubs.

Rideshare: Uber/Lyft are widely available, usually with short wait times.

Air travel: Pittsburgh Intl. Airport (PIT) is an easy highway drive.

What are the house rules?

Check-in is any time after 4 PM.
Check-out is at 10 AM. Please note that a late Check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty, that could be deducted from your security deposit.
Parties are fully prohibited. QUIET TIME FROM 10 PM TO 6 AM.
$300 penalty for smoking on the property. You will also be dismissed from your rental without a refund.
$250 penalty if noise level, parties, or other obscene behavior requires a police callout. You will also be dismissed from the property without a refund.
$100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance.

Please do not throw trash or paper towels or toilet paper in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can 🙂
Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account
On checkout please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you

Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your security deposit and/or your booking account.
