Welcome to this beautiful 2,500 sq ft mountain-view home in peaceful Cullowhee, NC. Designed for comfort, relaxation, and extended stays, the property features three bedrooms and three full bathrooms across two levels—ideal for friends, families, traveling nurses, and remote workers.

The upstairs level includes a king bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a queen bedroom, a full kitchen, dining area, laundry, and a cozy living room. Downstairs offers a separate queen bedroom, a second full kitchen, a pullout couch, and its own living area—creating privacy and flexibility for groups.

Guests love the mountain views, clean updated floors, fresh paint, EV charger, multiple thermostats, and the peaceful setting. Outdoor amenities include a Green Egg grill, fire pit, and a kids swing. Cameras are located outside for security, facing the mountains and trash area.

This home is fully equipped with three coffee makers (one on each floor), smart Yale locks, a Nest thermostat upstairs, split-unit AC downstairs, WiFi, smoke and CO detectors, fire extinguishers, and a first-aid kit.

Guests have access to the entire home except for the garage, the second downstairs bedroom, and the crawl space. Both levels have their own entrances and smart Yale locks. Parking for up to three cars per floor is available.

Entry is through a gated road using code 3019. Upstairs uses a Nest thermostat; downstairs uses a split-unit remote (located on the desk). WiFi router is inside the upstairs second bedroom.

Trash must be bagged and placed inside cans—no loose trash allowed.

How can I get here?

Guests will need a car for transportation. Parking is available for up to three cars per level. The property is gated, with a green gate accessible through Mill Creek Road. The area is rural—there is no public transit nearby.

In winter, snow and ice may affect road conditions; a 4×4 vehicle is recommended.
