Upon Check-in, you will be greeted by our friendly front desk staff. Please bring valid ID for all guest over the age of 18 years old. The Front Desk will provide a personalized private FOB card that gives you full access to the penthouse and amenities.

Thank you for visiting Sian Ocean Residences. We hope that you have a great and relaxing experience. Please, help us out by considering the following rules so that all the residents and visitors can also enjoy the property at its fullest:

• If you have any issue that you may need to resolve in regards to a unit that you live in or are visiting, contact the unit manager or owner directly.
• Please, have your fob with you at all times, so that you can enter and exit the building without disturbing our staff.
• If you are a visitor and will be receiving packages by mail, the price is $5 per package. The size of the package won’t be considered. Also, if you receive multiple packages from the same order, each package will be charged individually.
• If you need a cart to carry luggage, groceries and/or packages, please talk to the Valet Parking personnel. You must be an adult and an ID card will be required.
• If you will be using the cart, you must go to the upper floors by using the service elevator only.
• All visitors must park their vehicles with Valet Parking. The first-floor garage is not available for any visitor.
• If you are going to the beach, when you come back to the building, please ONLY use the service elevator. You cannot walk the property’s hallways while wet or with sand.
