Sleeping: Bedroom 1 has 1 bunk bed; Bedroom 2 has 1 king bed + 1 bunk bed.

How can I get here?

Parking: Free on-site parking is provided (unassigned/first-come).

Car/Rideshare: A car or Uber/Lyft is the easiest way to hop between beaches, Downtown, dining, and shopping.

Public transit: Hollywood has local options like the Holly-Go Community Shuttle and connections to Broward County Transit (BCT).

Regional rail: Tri-Rail stations in Hollywood (including Hollywood and Sheridan Street) connect you across South Florida and link with BCT.

What are the house rules?

Check-in is any time after 4 PM.
Check-out is at 10 AM. Please note that a late Check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty, that could be deducted from your security deposit.
Parties are fully prohibited. QUIET TIME FROM 10 PM TO 6 AM.
$300 penalty for smoking on the property. You will also be dismissed from your rental without a refund.
$250 penalty if noise level, parties, or other obscene behavior requires a police callout. You will also be dismissed from the property without a refund.
$100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance.
$200 fine for leaving the Kayaks on the pool. Kindly return them to the designated place.
Please do not throw trash or paper towels or toilet paper in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can 🙂
Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account
On checkout please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you

Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your security deposit and/or your booking account.
