The home includes two queen beds, one single bed, and a pullout sofa bed that accommodates up to 7 guests.

The house is equipped with self check-in for your convenience, and it’s just minutes away from Downtown Detroit, local parks, shops, and cultural landmarks. For your safety, the home includes a lockbox for entry, and you’ll find a convenient location for the electrical breaker and water shutoff valve in the basement. The property is smoke-free and pet-free, ensuring a clean and pleasant environment for all. The $100 refundable security deposit is required to secure your booking.

What are the house rules?

Check-in is any time after 4 PM.
Check-out is at 10 AM. Please note that a late Check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty, that could be deducted from your security deposit.
Parties are fully prohibited. QUIET TIME FROM 10 PM TO 6 AM.
$300 penalty for smoking on the property. You will also be dismissed from your rental without a refund.
$250 penalty if noise level, parties, or other obscene behavior requires a police callout. You will also be dismissed from the property without a refund.
$100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance.

Please do not throw trash or paper towels or toilet paper in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can 🙂
Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account
On checkout please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you
