Bedrooms:

The first floor features a cozy bedroom with a queen-sized bed and easy access to a full bathroom.

The second floor hosts two additional bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The master bedroom includes a TV for your convenience. Extra linens are available for your comfort.

Bathrooms:

Each of the 3 bathrooms is equipped with modern fixtures and fresh towels. The master bath includes a whirlpool bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. All showers offer great water pressure for a refreshing experience.

Living Room & Common Areas:

The spacious living room is designed for comfort, with ample seating, a TCL TV for entertainment, and a sound system to enhance your stay. A sofa bed is available to accommodate additional guests. For family fun, enjoy a selection of board games.

Kitchen & Dining:

The fully stocked kitchen boasts all major appliances, including a Samsung refrigerator, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a Keurig and drip coffee maker. It also includes a blender, toaster, air fryer, and all the necessary utensils, cookware, and dinnerware. The dining area is perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals together.

Outdoor Space:

Step outside to a spacious deck with outdoor furniture and a dining area. Enjoy the charcoal BBQ grill (bring your own charcoal) for delicious meals in the open air. Beach chairs are also provided for your outdoor adventures.

Parking: You have access to 5 parking spaces – 3 spots in the driveway and 2 on the gravel parking pad.

Laundry: The washer and dryer are available for guest use, located near the back door in the kitchen. Laundry detergent and supplies are provided.

Outdoor Areas: Feel free to use the outdoor deck and dining area. The BBQ grill is available, but please bring your own charcoal and ensure it is cleaned after use.

Owner’s Personal Areas: Access is restricted to the areas labeled as “off-limits,” which include two locked storage closets and the garage. These are for the owner’s use only.

Security Deposit:

A refundable security deposit of $300 is required. This will be refunded after check-out, pending no damages or additional charges.

Maximum Occupancy:

The maximum number of guests allowed is 10. This includes both adults and children. Unauthorized extra guests will result in additional charges or cancellation of the booking.

Parties and Events:

No parties or events are allowed. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM.

Noise:

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.

Cleaning:

Guests are expected to leave the property in the same condition as they found it. Please clean up after yourselves and dispose of trash in the designated bins.

Outdoor Areas:

Guests may use the outdoor deck, BBQ grill, and beach chairs, but must clean the grill after use. Please bring your own charcoal for the BBQ grill.

Damages:

Guests will be responsible for any damages to the property or its contents during their stay.

Laundry:

Guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer. Laundry detergent and supplies are provided. Please be mindful of the laundry space and return any used items to their proper places.

Parking:

5 parking spaces are available (3 in the driveway, 2 on the gravel pad). Please park only in designated areas. Do not block other cars or entrances.

Wi-Fi:

Wi-Fi is available with the provided credentials. Please refrain from downloading excessive data or engaging in illegal activities.

Fire Safety:

Please do not block the fire extinguisher or smoke detectors. In case of an emergency, use the emergency exits and call 911 immediately.

Trash & Recycling:

Please take out the trash before check-out. Use the designated trash and recycling bins located near the back door.
