Rothman LLC (dba Dwell) uses SMS text messaging to send operational notifications to its employees and contracted team members. This page describes that program and how team members consent to receive these messages.
Who receives messages
Only employees and contracted team members of Rothman LLC (dba Dwell). No consumer or guest messaging is sent through this program.
How team members opt in
During onboarding, each employee or contractor voluntarily provides their mobile phone number and gives written consent on an internal staff consent form to receive operational text messages from the Dwell operations system.
Consent is voluntary
Agreeing to receive SMS messages is not a condition of employment, engagement, or of accessing any Dwell system or tool. Team members may decline and continue to use all Dwell systems and perform their work normally.
What we send
Operational notifications only: maintenance task assignments, escalations, and job status updates. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
Opting out and help
Team members can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies based on operational activity. Message and data rates may apply.
