RESERVATION POLICIES:

1 – Door codes are always shared at 4 PM. The check-in time frame is from 4 PM-11 AM, anytime after that would be considered a violation of our rules, this timeframe allows us to help if needed during our working hours(4 PM-11 AM).
2 – Early check-in, Late check-out, and Early bag drop are subject to availability
3 – Door codes will not be shared if the incidentals deposit of $30 and registration are still pending.
4 – All complaints must be notified after 30 mins of check-in.
5 – All departures must be reported immediately in a very clear way to us after for calendar availability to others and issue resolution for you, it is recommended to send an alteration request if needed, this helps you to get the unspent nights back while we get the calendar available again, we can then check the spent nights.
6 – All reservation changes must be done before the checkout time each day (10 AM), changes can not be done after 10 AM as per the app configuration, we can not override this.
7 – If you need an early departure, please submit an alteration request so it can easily be approved.
8 – No courtesy refunds are provided.
9 – If you happen to request a full refund for any circumstance please be ready for Immediate check-out, be sure to alternate the reservation for an early departure so we can approve the unspent nights that were supposed to be non-refundable, so we then might consider another courtesy for the spent night if applicable.

14 – CITY PENALTIES: The guest will bear full responsibility for any city-imposed penalties directly related to their stay, if applicable, plus any damages and a 20% extra of the total as compensation to the host, these additional 20% will be allocated toward a neighborhood compensation plan.
